Purchase, Shipping and Download Purchase Information:
- Most loop libraries are available on DVD or via download.
- Orders are placed using PayPal's secure payment service.
- You do not need a user account to make a payment via PayPal. PayPal allows up to 10 purchases to be made before requiring an account to be created.
- Download purchasers will receive a link to their loops via email as soon as the purchase is complete.
- Your download link is valid for 120 hours to give you plenty of time to download your loops. You can download any or all of the formats available for each download title.
- Most DVD orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- US shipments are shipped Priority Mail via USPS with a 2-3 day shipment time.
- Shipments to non-US countries are sent Air Letter Post via USPS with an approximate 5-10 business day shipment time. Tracking numbers are not currently available for non-US shipments.
- Nine Volt Audio ships all non-US orders without a shipping invoice or receipt. We mark the 'declared value' of the shipment to reflect that of duplication cost only ($4.00 per DVD). If you have special shipping needs, please contact us. We're happy to help.
